on FRIDAY the 13th, Charlie turned 7 years old. this was right when he got home at 6:30 a.m. from getting breakfast birthday donuts.

 he is starting to like the attention lately. usually he shuts down.

 this was his favorite gift. cost me $1.01 for both of them. go figure.

 this one is NOT daddy's favorite gift. i am so glad things like this automatically go to daddy to get built.

 charlie took rise crispy treats to school for his class and had a great day at school. when he got home his primary teacher brought him this gift.

 we ended the night with a fun evening at carl's junior and then picked up a wii game at a redbox. it was mario vs. sonic. we put the little ones to bed and stayed up to play with ali & charlie. we didn't go to bed until after midnight.

 this was charlie the next morning still playing the game. he came into my room at 7:00 am and asked if he could play. i told him to wait until after breakfast. "well, can i have breakfast then?" sure. he ate his breakfast at record speed and was playing his game by 7:15. happy birthday buddy. he knew his game had to go back so he wanted to play it as much as possible.

how lucky we are to have a little boy named charlie in our family. he has a smile that will melt your heart. he loves his family, recess, cooked broccoli, spiking his hair, matching clothes with anyone who is willing to, snuggling in bed with momma, the color blue, yellow and orange, building things, burping & farting, laughing, phineas & ferb and playing anything on the wii. thank you for being a part of our family little guy. happy birthday. we love you!!!!!
