Winner-Winner Chicken Dinner

Today was the big day. This was Ryan right before he left, he's number one!!!!!!!!

And here is Ryan after he WON!!!!!!!

He got 3rd place out of 400 people that entered this competition only 7 months ago.

And here is his cheering group. We are all so proud of him!!!!!!

Ryan worked so hard for this, especially for his "last chance workout". He gave it all he had until the very end. Talk about enduring to the end!

STATS:

starting weight-245

ending weight-165

He lost 80 pounds 31% of his body weight

He also lost 3/4 of his wardrobe which is where the $500 comes in handy.

I couldn't be more thrilled at how Ryan did today and the past 7 months, he gave everything he could. He is at such a healthy weight right now, anymore and he would have withered away. He is so excited to continue his exercising and healthy eating habits along with adding some weight training. Go Ryan!
