Ryan started a new thing where he gets to spend time with each Ali and Charlie. He takes them on a run with him. Ali keeps up and even gets ahead some times. Charlie chooses to ride his bike alongside dad. They are loving this one-on-one time they get. These pictures are of Ali's run with dad, they have to remember to stretch when they get home.

The pictures with Oscar are hysterical! What a good idea taking the kids with him. I might steal that idea! Good for Ryan that he is still being diligent about the exercise!
