Fun Friday activity

Today was FUN FRIDAY again and we decided to write our own personalized books. We coped the same format as If you give a mouse a cookie, if you give a moose a muffin and if you give a pig a pancake. The kids and I both had lots of fun making these. I scanned them before they got ruined at our house as things often do. Hope you like them.

FYI - I helped Charlie quite a bit but Ali did almost all of hers.

He'll want a box of crackers to go with it. -----He'll build a tower out of this cheese and crackers. seeing the tower will remind him about how much he loves playing with legos and building things.

so you'll go get them for him, but they are in the attic, so you'll have to climb the ladder to get them. -------- It's dark up there, so you'll need to use a flashlight.

Seeing the flashlight will remind him about camping, he'll want to go. ----- so you'll go get your sleeping bag.

Next to your sleeping bag is a basketball. ------ Charlie loves to play basketball. He'll want to play right now. So you'll go outside to the basketball hoop.

While you're outside he'll hear a train whistle. It will remind him how much he loves playing with trains. ---- So you run inside to get out your train set for him to play with.

It's in a big box. Seeing that box reminds him about the box of crackers, he'll ask you for some. ------ and chances are if you give him some crackers..... he'll want some cheese to go with it.

----------------------HERE IS ALLISON'S BOOK---------------------

She'll want some peanut butter to dip it in ------ Thinking about peanut butter makes her think about peanuts and how elephants like them so much.

It will remind her of the circus and she'll want you to take her there ------- so she'll get her shoes on.

On the way there she sees her favorite book and she'll want you to read it to her. ------- So you'll need to get your reading glasses to see the pages and read the words.

Next to your glasses is a blanket. That reminds her how much she loves making forts. she'll need your help though. - ------- So you both run into the living room and move all the furniture together.

Now she needs more blankets to make her fort really cool. -------- One of the blankets you bring her has a picture of an elephant on it.

The elephant will remind her about how much they like peanuts. Peanuts make her think about peanut butter.....she'll want some. -------- And chances are if you give her peanut butter, she'll want an apple to dip it in.

These kids are funny!!!!
